Sunday morning while online, my husband and I found a car of interest at Patriot Auto Sales in Portland, Indiana, so we messaged them. We certainly didn’t expect a reply that day (Sunday) let alone so quickly. Dylan Franks is the best salesman we’ve ever dealt with; after negotiating a price via text, we agreed to drive 4.5 hours from Ohio to Indiana on the following Monday morning. Dylan greeted us, and to our surprise the vehicle was better than we expected. It wasn’t long before we were driving that car home. We could not be happier with how we were treated, and how efficient Dylan was in finalizing the paperwork. We highly recommend Patriot Auto Sales for your auto needs, and we especially recommend our salesman, Dylan Franks. Thank you Patriot Auto Sales, and thank you, Dylan Franks! Dylan was FANTASTIC when it came to getting me a new car. He spent a great amount of time getting me the best deals possible and finding me a reliable car. He also made the process easy to understand and very detailed. Highly recommend Dylan if you’re looking for a vehicle! :)

Looking for a car? Dylan at Patriot is for sure your guy! He went above and beyond to find the perfect fit for myself and my family. He's extremely patient, kind, great at communicating, and willing to work through the hurdles of purchasing a vehicle. I also told him I was looking for new rims for the car I just purchased, and without hesitation, he was providing many options and offered installation. Would definitely recommend this business and Dylan!

The BEST car buying experience, with service after the fact - that I have ever had! I purchased my car from Zach, he is very professional and patient. I've owned my vehicle for over a year, and have gotten to know the entire team at Patriot Auto Sales. Jackie is so kind and quick to return my calls. Brandon treats my car like it is his own. The entire team goes the extra mile to make sure I feel appreciated and valued as a customer. You can't go wrong here - local, friendly and customer focused.

I have had my car serviced at Patriot Auto Sales two different times. Both times everyone there was extremely helpful and courteous. The service was great and the cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend them!
