Recently my ignition switch went out in my truck so I called Brandon up at Patriot who went out of his way to come out to my place to get it fixed even though the weather was bad and had my truck good to go in no time. Don’t hesitate to take your vehicles there. They will do it all right with sum great service and hospitality!!

I had been online browsing for a newer, more reliable car for months, but wasn’t really quite ready to take the plunge financially. After a day of viewing the website and looking through pictures of a car I liked and thought was pretty, I fb messaged Dylan and he turned that “like” into a “LOVE” real fast! I never quite understood how someone could be so obsessed with their car until I actually now have my dream car, all thanks to Dylan! He is very personable, knowledgeable, and has your absolute best interest in mind! Shop local, deal with Dylan!

Sunday morning while online, my husband and I found a car of interest at Patriot Auto Sales in Portland, Indiana, so we messaged them. We certainly didn’t expect a reply that day (Sunday) let alone so quickly. Dylan Franks is the best salesman we’ve ever dealt with; after negotiating a price via text, we agreed to drive 4.5 hours from Ohio to Indiana on the following Monday morning. Dylan greeted us, and to our surprise the vehicle was better than we expected. It wasn’t long before we were driving that car home. We could not be happier with how we were treated, and how efficient Dylan was in finalizing the paperwork.
